Terms and Conditions

Last updated: May 28, 2026

These terms govern use of Aura Inventory, a pharmacy operating system for inventory control, staff management, finance, AI business intelligence, patient records, and digital pharmacy workflows.

Use of the Service

You must use the service lawfully and only for authorized pharmacy operations. Workspace owners are responsible for user access, data entered into the system, and compliance with applicable health, privacy, employment, tax, and pharmaceutical regulations.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account. Aura Inventory may suspend access where misuse, security risk, non-payment, or unlawful activity is suspected.

Customer Data

You retain responsibility for workspace data. Aura Inventory processes customer data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You must ensure you have the rights and permissions needed to upload or process data.

AI and Analytics

AI insights and recommendations are decision-support tools. They should be reviewed by qualified staff and should not replace professional, regulatory, clinical, or financial judgment.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, outages, or external provider issues. Features may change as the product improves.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Inventory is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, regulatory penalties caused by customer misuse, or decisions made solely from automated suggestions.
